Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available to day for secure e-commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

REFUND POLICY
Coffee Exchange guarantees every pound of coffee, ounce of tea or related merchandise sold in our café or on our website. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with an item purchased at Coffee Exchange, simply call 877.263.3334. We’ll either replace it or refund your money. In any case, your satisfaction is guaranteed.

SHIPPING
Coffee Exchange is a small batch coffee roaster, literally roasting coffee daily. Our coffee is "roasted to order" which means we roast every batch of coffee with the expectation of selling it within one to three days, tops. This is why we ship USPS Priority Mail only.  This ensures our coffee is delivered to you at its peak freshness.

Orders being shipped outside the continental U.S. require special shipping and handling.
