The rare soil resting at altitudes between 4200-5900 ft. above sea level in Tarrazu allows farmers to generate some of the most delicious and extraordinary coffee in the world, as the best coffees are grown at higher altitudes which improves acidity, and where the nights are cooler which helps slow the maturity of the coffee plant. Tarrazu is known to be one of the world’s greatest coffee producing regions.
